On 23 May 2024, the workshop entitled ‘Proposing future solutions to improve the accessibility of future tourist services’ was held at the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies of the University of Granada. The participants, more than 25 university students from different countries of the European Union, identified barriers for vulnerable groups in tourist services in Granada (monuments, hotels, restaurants, pubs…) and, in addition, proposed interesting solutions to overcome these barriers. The participants were guided by teachers from the University of Granada and a representative of a target group of the SAFE project.
