As part of the SAFE Project, the Kulturtreffen workshop was held on 22 September at the Music Bunker in Kiel-Gaarden. The aim was to provide a networking platform for accessible cultural events in the district and to prevent the creation of duplicate structures. The event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including representatives from NGOs, schools, associations, politics, and the municipality, as well as individual artists. Participants discussed ways to strengthen connections within the district and create synergies. They also had the opportunity to learn about various initiatives and share ideas for improving collaboration.

A key takeaway from the event was the importance of ensuring that cultural activities remain accessible to everyone, regardless of language barriers, physical limitations, or psychological challenges. The participants are now continuing to work together toward a more inclusive community through sustainable partnerships.
