The kick-off meeting was organized by the University of Ljubljana and held in Ljubljana from December 5th to 6th, 2022, at the Faculty of Architecture. This meeting was part of the activities planned for Work Package 1 – Project Management. The first meeting was very important for all partners, as it provided an opportunity to meet in person and thoroughly review the project together. The aims, objectives, and plans for the work packages were presented. The team also reviewed the project application and set goals for the future. At the end of the second day, the team discussed the next activities and made conclusions about key dates for the project.
